I’m excited to announce that I will be hosting an Educator Event and Children’s Storytime at Barnes & Noble at the Cherryvale Mall in Rockford, Illinois on Friday, April 16.  First, at 6:00 p.m. there will be an Educator Event where I will be talking with educators about reading/literacy, writing, and the creative use of picture books in the classroom.  We’ll also discuss how to encourage even the most reluctant readers to join in.

Second, at 7:30 p.m. I’ll be reading my book during Children’s Storytime!  We’ll also be making some fun crafts and having snacks too.  Of course, books will also be available for purchase, and I’m always happy to autograph copies.  Please plan to stop by, say hi, share a great book!
