A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the “Buy a Children’s Book to Help a Child in Haiti Initiative.”  Through your purchases during the month of February, we raised significant funds to pass on to the Red Cross to help children affected the the earthquake in Haiti.  Your purchases will go a long way to impact the lives of countless children in that country.  I greatly appreciate your support and generosity.

Since I began this initiative on February 1, other natural disasters, like the earthquake in Chile, have struck around the globe.  These disasters affect everyone but often most significantly affect children.   As you watch these events unfold, please remember the children impacted by these disasters and consider supporting charitable aid organizations in their efforts to bring normalcy back to the lives of boys and girls.
